Terms

Use Orbital as guidance, not prescription.

These terms explain the boundaries of Orbital's educational readings, tracking tools, and guided practices.

Effective 29 July 2026

Orbital is an educational and reflective practice tool. It is not medical care, diagnosis, therapy, or a substitute for professional advice.

Using Orbital

You may use Orbital for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for deciding whether a reading, exercise, or conservation practice is appropriate for your health, circumstances, and relationships.

Safety and judgement

Stop any physical or breathing practice that causes pain, dizziness, distress, numbness, or unusual pressure. Seek qualified medical help for health concerns. Nothing in Orbital instructs you to ignore consent, discomfort, relationship boundaries, or professional advice.

Traditional sources

Orbital draws on traditional cultivation themes and modern interpretation. Historical ideas are presented as source material and reflective guidance, not as universal scientific or medical claims.

Your local data

Orbital's current progress record is stored locally. You are responsible for exporting a copy if you wish to keep one. Device loss, app deletion, browser clearing, or operating system behavior may remove local data.

Intellectual property

Orbital's software, original writing, audio, visual design, and branding may not be copied, resold, republished, or used to create another product without permission. Source quotations remain attributed to their respective works.

Availability and changes

Features may change as Orbital improves. We aim to preserve local progress through normal updates, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or platform.
